Case Study: Service with a smile…

Background:
Sheikh Amari approached Passion 4 Events to organise an open day at his premises in Preston. The aim of the event was to launch their service centre, “Amari Service” to new and existing clients. Amari Lifestyle Ltd consists of Amari Supercars, Amari Service, and D1 Ultimate Driving holidays.

Roles & Responsibilities:
After an initial meeting, and establishing the client’s brief, Passion 4 Events produced a detailed proposal document, suggesting many ideas to keep all guests entertained and feeling involved in the event.

We provided:

  • Sega Rally Arcade Machine Hire
  • On-site catering – a range of hot and cold canapés throughout the day
  • Sale-or-return drinks facility
  • On site Event Management

Conclusion:
A successful day, with the awareness of the Amari brand and all its companies heightened, vehicles and Supercar driving holidays sold, and Supercar services booked in.
