Background:
Sheikh Amari approached Passion 4 Events to organise an open day at his premises in Preston. The aim of the event was to launch their service centre, “Amari Service” to new and existing clients. Amari Lifestyle Ltd consists of Amari Supercars, Amari Service, and D1 Ultimate Driving holidays.

Roles & Responsibilities:
After an initial meeting, and establishing the client’s brief, Passion 4 Events produced a detailed proposal document, suggesting many ideas to keep all guests entertained and feeling involved in the event.

We provided:

  • Sega Rally Arcade Machine Hire
  • On-site catering – a range of hot and cold canapés throughout the day
  • Sale-or-return drinks facility
  • On site Event Management

Conclusion:
A successful day, with the awareness of the Amari brand and all its companies heightened, vehicles and Supercar driving holidays sold, and Supercar services booked in.

2011 Update

As January draws to a close, 2011 is shaping up to be a good year for us here at Passion 4 Events. With the fabulous New Year’s Eve wedding of Stephanie Denton and Sam Allcock starting our year off to a flying start!

The wedding of Stephanie Denton and Sam Allcock took place in the Buckingham Suite at the Palace Hotel in Manchester on New Year’s Eve, with only nine weeks to organise from start to finish, and 200 guests in attendance. Both the civil ceremony and the wedding breakfast took place in the same suite, with only two hours to transform to suite from light and airy for the ceremony, into a fantasy Winter Wonderland for the wedding breakfast come evening reception.

Thanks to all our fantastic suppliers, the suite was transformed with time to spare, and guests were mighty impressed at the transformation when they re-entered for the wedding breakfast. Bride Stephanie’s comments were simply “Absolutely, Perfectly, Amazing!!”

January also saw us assisting Sheikh Amari with the Amari Supercars Open Day, at their premises in Preston. The Open Day was to launch their new service centre, and showcase their wide range of Supercars and driving holidays (www.amarisupercars.com).

When approached by Amari and Daniel to come up with ideas for the event that would make all guests feel involved, we thought what better way to do this than with one of our Sega Rally Driving Games! The machine appealed to the whole range of guests who attended, from small children to adults, and provided many hours of entertainment.
